Anti-Aging skincare routine
At the age of twenty-five, the signs of aging start appearing on the skin. These signs include skin becoming inelastic, laxity, wrinkles, and skin becoming rough in texture.
The reason behind the aging of the skin is not only structural with changes in coetaneous cells but also are a result of a change in the function of elastic and collagen. Therefore, it is important to use anti-aging creams that help the skin with a youthful glow and slows the signs of aging.
Choosing your anti-aging cream can be a crucial process as it should have the right ingredients to target the problematic areas.
Step one: Makeup remover
Sleeping in your makeup after a long day may seem tempting, but it will cause serious harm to your skin and cause the inflammation associated with acne. Choose a gentle makeup remover or wipes, but they should not substitute the practice of face washing.
Step two: Cleanser
The makeup removal wipes or cleanser does not clean your face entirely. Use a water-based gentle cleanser, which can remove all the free radicals you were exposed during the day. Apply the cleanser on your face after working it into a foam. Leave it on for 2 minutes as a mask. Wash with cold water and pat your face dry with a towel.
Step three: Toner
If you’re using a toner, apply it the same way as you apply in the morning. Toners balance the pH level of your skin, helps shrink your pores, and hydrates your skin. Press the toner in your skin with the help of a cotton pad. Avoid rubbing as it will irritate your skin.
Step four: Serum
Once your toner is absorbed, use prescribed treatments and serums to help your skin concerns. If you are specified topical application of medicines, apply those after the toner. Or use serums for spot treatment or hydrating your skin. Apply the medication as directed by your dermatologist. For serums, press the serums in your skin.
Step five: Eye cream
The skin around your eyes may appear to be dull due to dryness. The area near your skin is extra sensitive. Eye cream hydrates the skin around the eyes and provides a more targeted treatment. Apply a thin layer around your eyes.

Step six: Moisturizer
The night creams or night moisturizers are usually thicker than the day cream because they form a protector layer and help most of the moisture to lock in your skin when at night it is performing the repairing function. By applying a thick moisturizer, you are helping your skin to hydrate rebuilt its protective layer. Therefore, you might want to miss your day cream, but to retain your youth, never skip the night cream.
